Hello. I’m Aliyyah. A problem-solver.

I want to create positive change, by working with companies, communities, organisations or individuals to make the most of their financial, human, and intellectual assets.

I do this in my roles as a mediator, investor, advisor, employer, mother, mentor, volunteer and trustee.

I wear many hats over the course of a typical week, all of which involve being open-minded and goal focussed. I will navigate different perspectives, and find new ways for people or organisations to make progress. I  enable people and organisations to optimise their assets, overcome obstacles, resolve conflict, and ultimately be their best. I help break down barriers to moving forward. Through listening, learning, and constructive questioning new approaches can come to the fore which propel a project, a partnership, or an organisation forward.
